The YF-27.0-C1 is a high-performance polyamide (PA66 GF25) thermal break strip designed for aluminum doors, windows, and curtain wall systems. With a 27.0 mm width and a C1 profile, it provides excellent thermal insulation by effectively reducing heat conduction between the inner and outer frames of aluminum systems.
Manufactured through precision extrusion technology, this model ensures consistent dimensions, high tensile strength, and excellent weather resistance. The glass fiber reinforcement (25%) provides added structural stability, making it suitable for both residential and commercial architectural applications.
