The 35.3-K1 thermal break strip is a 35.3 mm wide insulating profile made of high-strength PA66 GF25 (25% glass fiber reinforced polyamide). Unlike the 35.3-K3 variant, which features enhanced mechanical locking ribs for structural reinforcement, the K1 profile offers a simpler geometry and is optimized for standard aluminum systems that prioritize thermal insulation performance with conventional groove interfaces.
This makes the 35.3-K1 particularly well-suited for mainstream window, door, and curtain wall systems where high thermal efficiency and smooth assembly are essential.
